It is a Jesse Tree. It was constructed by Venture Scouts during the Catholic Scouting Retreat at B-H for the Diocese of Rochester in 1999

There are many references to the Jesse tree. The one that was originally built at Camp made references to the Old Testament. This was those who were not Christian would not be offended.
