In 2002 New York State Senator Mike Nozzolio helped to secure funding for the purchase and installation of two road signs on State Rt. 96A. One is located just north of Willard on the right hand side southbound before you exit on to County Route 132A. The other is located on the right hand side as you are coming from Ovid to Willard just before you turn off onto County Route 132A.
